Keys to the Game: Celtics vs Raptors (November 12, 2017)
Al Horford on the floor:
Al Horford has made progress within the concussion protocol. The team believes he will play tonight. That said, it is pretty much THE key to the game. Whether or not Al plays tonight will determine how much of a chance this team has of taking down the number 3 team in the conference and number 2 team in the division. The green will be without Kyrie Irving (and obviously Hayward), so Horford is a much needed play tonight.
Terry Rozier or Shane Larkin:
Marcus Smart is going to play a bulk of minutes. We know that. However, where are those valuable bench minutes going to come from tonight? Is this finally a night that Rozier stretches his point total to 20+ or is it another Larkin 15+ night? We shall see. Either way, one of those is going to be necessary for the win here. Someone needs to fill the void. My prediction is that Terry Rozier scores 21 points, grabs 7 rebounds, and has 5 assists.
DeMar DeRozan on lock:
This beat up C's squad is going to have to lock up DeRozan. Easier said than done though... he is averaging near 25 ppg on a field goal percentage of near 50%. This is, in my mind, the only guy that can truly kill you. Lowry, Valanciunas, Ibaka, they do not scare me. DeRozan, on the other hand, he is a nightmare.
