Last week, Adidas announced that thirteen NHL teams will be making changes to their uniforms. Those teams include the Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Calgary Flames, Colorado Avalanche, Columbus Blue Jackets, Dallas Stars, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers, Minnesota Wild, Nashville Predators, New Jersey Devils, Ottawa Senators, and of course, the Vegas Golden Knights.
These changes are to be minor and will not be seeing any new primary team logos, unlike the switch to Reebok saw in 2007. We can expect for almost all of these to be minor tweaks to the current designs.
With minor changes to these team’s uniforms, Adidas also announced that no team will have an alternate uniform for the 2017-2018 season.
With the news of Adidas making these changes, Boston Bruins analysts and fans have been expressing their opinions on what Adidas should do to the Black and Gold’s current uniform. A popular, favorite opinion has been to bring back the gold Winter Classic jerseys the Bruins wore in 2010 at Fenway Park and make that the home uniform.
The expectation is that the Boston Bruins will keep it simple; possibly with something similar to their 2016 Winter Classic jerseys which became their alternate thirds. Maybe even a different font for the names or numbers.
What suggestions do you have? Maybe have a gold away jersey? A patch that resembles someone (like Bobby Orr) or something about the history of Boston or the Bruins? Leave your opinion below!

The NBA playoffs this year have been the laughing stock of the sports world. The Cavaliers-Warriors finals matchup was deemed inevitable by almost everyone that followed the sport and the playoffs made it all the more embarrassing after the two teams combined for just one loss. Everyone has said the playoffs this year have been a joke, but they say there is a payoff. The NBA Finals matchup we all want to see.

Patrice Bergeron will be 32 at the start of next season. Despite that, Bergeron is once again a Selke finalist and attempting to be just the second player in history to win the award 4 times. In the last 2 years Bergeron has finished 1st and 2nd respectively in the Selke voting despite the fact that the Bruins missed the playoffs both years. Bergeron’s brilliance has been wasted on a middling Bruins team that has only played in 1 playoff series in 3 seasons. Entering his 14th year in the NHL, Bergeron’s time to be a first liner on a championship team is running out.

If anyone has been around me during a Celtics game or has read any of my tweets, they know that I admire Jaylen Brown. Although he’s had limited minutes this year, which is understandable, he’s been great. The kid is special. We all know that. He’s insanely smart; he apparently went to Cal Berkeley to challenge himself intellectually. According to NESN, many professors at Cal were amazed at the kid’s intrigue and level of inquiry. It’s not too often that you see a lottery pick excited about being drafted to a city home to various prestigious universities.

The, quite possibly, best NBA team that never was... Now, let me preface this by saying that in order for this to even be possible things had to fall into place, perfect place. And some things needed to not happen. However, obviously things did not work out, nor did things magically happen to allow this team to come to fruition. This is all would’ve, could’ve, should’ve been talk.
